    • We will implement measures to eliminate biases, ensuring fair and equal opportunities for all team members.

  3. Inclusive Leadership:

    • Our team leadership will actively promote a culture of inclusivity and equity, leading by example in their behaviors and decisions.

  4. Community Engagement:

    • We will actively engage with the team to understand and address their needs.
